Exodus 16:6-9 King James Version (KJV)
6 And Moses and Aaron said unto all the children of Israel, At even, then ye shall know that the LORDhath brought you out from the land of Egypt:
7 And in the morning, then ye shall see the glory of the LORD; for that he heareth your murmurings against the LORD: and what are we, that ye murmur against us?
8 And Moses said, This shall be, when the LORDshall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the LORDheareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against theLORD.
9 And Moses spake unto Aaron, Say unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, Come near before the LORD: for he hath heard your murmurings.

Exodus 16:6-9 Darby Translation (DARBY)
6 And Moses and Aaron said to all the children of Israel, In the evening, then shall ye know that Jehovah has brought you out from the land of Egypt;
7 and in the morning, then shall ye see the glory of Jehovah; for he has heard your murmurings against Jehovah;—and what are we, that ye murmur against us?
8 And Moses said, When Jehovah gives you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for Jehovah hears your murmurings which ye murmur against him … and what [are] we? your murmurings are not against us, but against Jehovah.
9 And Moses spoke to Aaron, Say to all the assembly of the children of Israel, Come near into the presence of Jehovah; for he has heard your murmurings.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

6 The Lord had brought them out the plagues should have shown them as it did many of the Egyptians but there were still those Israelites that doubted until they made it thru the sea but many still doubted.

7 The Lord hears us as His children but this does not mean we should complain to Him even though we all have done this.

8 So now they are going to get bread from heaven and a meat, this would be manna and quail, this would feed them until they got to the Promised Land 40 years later. Sometimes the Lord answers our prayers when we complain this is not a reason to complain to Him though.

9 So now they gather Israel to tell them, often times we should openly praise God when He answers our grumblings and prayers.
